Singing Contest

Kwai Tsing Theatre Black Box hosts free singing final on 4 Oct

The 40th Kwai Tsing District New Talent Singing Contest (Final), organised by the Kwai Chung and Tsing Yi District Arts Association Limited, is scheduled for 4 October 2026 (Sunday) at 2:30pm at the Kwai Tsing Theatre Black Box Theatre. The ticket price is listed as a free programme, and programme enquiries can be made on 2427 7271.

A district singing final like this usually means local contestants taking the stage, so it suits anyone who enjoys live singing and supporting new local talent. The Black Box Theatre has limited seating, so arriving a little early and checking entry arrangements is a sensible idea.

If you want to pair it with something else that afternoon, look at other cultural programmes at Kwai Tsing Theatre or in the district and build your own plan.

Editor’s noteA free programme with clear organiser, venue and date details. If you are free on the afternoon of 4 October, it is worth turning up to support local new talent; seating is limited, so arriving a little early is the safer bet.
