Victoria Park Mid-Autumn Lantern Carnival 2026: Free Entry, Lighting Up Until Oct 7

The Mid-Autumn Lantern Carnival 2026, organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, is held at Victoria Park with free admission. Lighting-up time is 6:30pm to 11pm, extended to midnight on 24-27 September. Under the theme "A Delightful Journey through the Lantern Garden", highlights include large lanterns shaped like food and blooming flowers, the "Whispers to the Moon" installation, a Mid-Autumn creative market, the fire dragon dance, traditional craft demonstrations and self-service lantern riddles. Multiple media reports say the run has been extended to 7 October. Those keen on photos can look out for the lantern street and the 8-metre banyan tree lantern.
