Book Display - The World is for Everyone: Dr Sun Yat-sen

Book Display on Dr Sun Yat-sen at Smithfield Public Library in October

Smithfield Public Library is running a book display themed "The World is for Everyone: Dr Sun Yat-sen", dated 2-31/10/2026, so as of today (6 October 2026) it is already under way and continues through the month. It is a library setting, so there is no rush: browse the books at your own pace and get to know Dr Sun's life and ideas. Search results include reports on events marking the 160th anniversary of Dr Sun's birth, but most are held elsewhere and are not directly tied to this display, so treat them as background only. If you plan to go, check the library's opening hours and display arrangements first.

Editor’s noteAn October-only display: drop in at Smithfield Public Library and browse; check opening hours before you go.

This guide draws on public sources and does not claim a first-hand visit. Reviews and arrangements may change.
