Greater Bay Area Culture Talk: Shenzhen & Dongguan, Oct 17 at Lai Chi Kok

Hong Kong Public Libraries is running a talk series on in-depth travel in the cultural Greater Bay Area, and the first session focuses on Shenzhen and Dongguan. It takes place on Saturday, 17 October 2026, 3:30pm–5:00pm at the Lai Chi Kok Public Library (Promotion Activity Room).

The speaker is Hong Kong YouTuber “西DorSi” (Mr Tse Shing-yik). The talk is in Cantonese and free of charge, with limited seats on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration opens on 3 October 2026; sign up by phone or in person at the relevant library. Enquiries: 2746 4270. If a No. 8 or above tropical cyclone warning signal, black rainstorm warning or government “extreme conditions” announcement is still in force three hours before the start, the event will be cancelled or postponed.
