Book Display - The World is for Everyone: Dr Sun Yat-sen

Dr Sun Yat-sen Book Display at Po On Road Library in October

Po On Road Public Library is running a book display titled "The World is for Everyone: Dr Sun Yat-sen" from 1 to 31 October 2026. It is a library activity centred on books about Dr Sun Yat-sen, suitable for anyone wanting to learn more about his life and ideas.

Around the same period, public reports mention events marking the 160th anniversary of Dr Sun Yat-sen's birth, including LCSD commemorative activities and a cross-strait folk music concert, making this a fairly concentrated commemorative period.

For planning, you could visit the library display and then look into other commemorative events; check current opening hours and activity details with the library.

Editor’s noteIn October, head to Po On Road Public Library for the Dr Sun Yat-sen book display, and keep an eye on related commemorative events if you want a quiet way to explore history.

This guide draws on public sources and does not claim a first-hand visit. Reviews and arrangements may change.
