Co-organised by the Hong Kong Public Libraries and Hok Hoi Library, "Talk on Chinese Classics: Savouring I Ching Hexagrams (III)" runs on 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 October 2026 (Fridays), 6:00pm–7:30pm, at the Yau Ma Tei Public Library extension activities room, with Professor Tse Heung-wing as speaker. The talk is in Cantonese and free, but seats must be reserved in advance: 60 places, first come, first served, no waiting list. Register by phone at 2928 6055 between 9:00am and 5:00pm on the day, or at the library's 1/F service counter. Registered attendees may enter 15 minutes before the start.
