Free Music Installation Show at Tsuen Wan Plaza: Wake the Peacock, Deer and Hummingbird

This October, Corridor, L1, Tsuen Wan Plaza hosts the free exhibition "Sonic Odyssey of Curious Creatures" under Asia+ Festival 2026. Curator Kay Chan Wan-ki and creative collective Brainrental have made three moving, singing music installations — "Peacock Tower", "Spinning Deer" and "Hummingbird and Butterfly House" — blending world music, play and visual design into what the organisers describe as a giant music box. It runs 15–27 October 2026, 11:00–22:00 daily, and suits families. On weekends there are also art and craft workshops led by Chan, plus Hong Kong Children's Musical Theatre performers in costume presenting musical excerpts. Entry is free; check the official website for workshop and performance details before you go.

Editor’s noteFree entry and a good family half-day out; check the official site first for workshop and performance arrangements.
