A Giant Music Box at Mikiki: Wake the Peacock, Deer and Hummingbird

The Asia+ Festival 2026 touring exhibition is at Atrium A, G/F, Mikiki, from now until 10 November 2026, open daily 11:00–22:00 and free to enter. Curator Kay Chan Wan-ki and creative collective Brainrental have created three moving, singing installations — the Peacock Tower, the Spinning Deer and the Hummingbird and Butterfly House — blending world music, play and visual design into a giant music box. On weekends, Chan also leads art-and-craft workshops, and the Hong Kong Children's Musical Theatre performs excerpts in costume. It suits families looking for a playful art outing; check the official programme for workshop and performance details.
