Godzilla Minus Zero opens in HK and Macau on 5 November, tickets on sale at Broadway

Godzilla Minus Zero opens in Hong Kong today (5 November), and the Broadway website lists tickets as on sale. The film runs 135 minutes, is rated IIA and is listed as drama/sci-fi.

Among public reports, HKET says it took over 910 million at the Japanese box office opening, a record for a live-action Japanese film; AM730 and HKET both note a 96% Rotten Tomatoes score, and AM730 describes it as the series' first restricted-rated entry. Several reports also call it Japan's first film shot with IMAX "specially crafted" cameras, while HK01 quotes director Takashi Yamazaki saying the story ends here.
