Shatin Pass Road Hiking Trail: A 7 km Walk from Wong Tai Sin

Shatin Pass Road (Hiking Trail) is in Wong Tai Sin District and runs about 7 km, starting near Choi Hung Road in Wong Tai Sin and ending where it meets Jat's Incline and Fei Ngo Shan Road. Along the way you pass Kwun Yam Buddhist Temple on Tsz Wan Shan, with Yuen Yuen Rock and Chiu Po Rock behind it, plus Lion Pavilion at Sha Tin Pass. From the Jat's Incline car park viewing point at the junction, you can look over the Kowloon Peninsula and, further out, Lei Yue Mun, Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island. Parts of the route overlap Wilson Trail Sections 4 and 5 and MacLehose Trail Section 5. For planning, use HKeMobility and enter "121 Choi Hung Road" or "Shatin Pass Road" as the destination.
