Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park: A 4-Hectare Waterfront Park in Sai Ying Pun

Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park sits on Eastern Street North in Sai Ying Pun and covers about 4 hectares, named after Dr Sun Yat-sen. A bronze statue stands on the central memorial lawn, while the children's playground corridor and clock tower top draw on the colonnade of the Central School (today's Queen's College) and the Main Building of the University of Hong Kong. Other facilities include basketball courts, a waterfront promenade, a 7-a-side artificial turf pitch and a swimming pool complex.
