Oi! in North Point: Art Inside a Red-Brick Heritage Site
Oi! sits at 12 Oil Street in North Point, in the former Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club clubhouse built in 1908 — a main block plus two annexes in red brick and rough stucco, an Edwardian Arts and Crafts building graded Grade II in 2009. It became a community and community-art space in 2013, its name a play on the 12 Oil Street address, and an expansion completed in May 2022 linked over 3,000 sq m of outdoor space with a new two-storey Oi!
