The building, 7 Mallory Street, was graded a Grade II historic building in 2009, once known as the Green House, a 1920s Cantonese four-storey tong lau; revitalisation kept its red-brick walls, Chinese pitched roof, wooden stairs and French windows, with the facade restored to its early 20th-century black-and-white scheme.
